April 24, 2025 - April 25, 2025
11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Implementing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) effectively requires planning, practice and reflection. Once educators have completed our Introduction to UDL course and understand the core concepts of UDL research and design, collaborative support for applying UDL into teaching and learning can accelerate the implementation process.
CAST’s UDL Beyond the Basics live virtual workshop is designed for PreK-12 educators who are ready to apply their understanding of UDL research and design into practice and would like to reflect, review and improve the implementation of their strategies and improve outcomes. Each participant will choose a challenging context to ground their learning. Examples may include an instructional problem of practice or an authentic professional learning goal. A variety of design tools will be provided to build reflective practice in designing contextual solutions.
Fee: $695 per person
