Ensuring school improvement that includes diverse perspectives and creates the opportunity for powerful learning experiences for each learner can be a struggle. The Universal Design for Learning Schoolwide Implementation Criteria (UDL-SIC) provides a framework for systematically addressing complex problems of practice when trying to create inclusive learning environments that are effective for all students. Built on the foundation of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the UDL-SIC looks beyond just teaching and learning to examine the four domains of School Culture & Environment, Leadership & Management, Teaching & Learning, and Professional Learning to identify successes, areas of growth and opportunities for change.

Join us for a series of live online workshops coupled with asynchronous resources to support your journey in learning how the SIC framework applies Universal Design for Learning in each of the domains above and the necessary conditions to support the implementation of UDL in your unique environment.

PreK-12 District Administrators, Superintendents, Principals, School Administrators, and PreK-12 Instructional Coaches.

Once monthly from 3:30–5:00 pm ET on the following dates for the 2024–2025 school year:
