About the Authors
Jodie Black is a teaching and learning specialist at Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Along with Eric and educator/researcher Kate Snyder, Jodie was a co-founder of the Universal Design for Learning for Higher Education Network (UDLHE Network), an international working group of UDL professionals and researchers in higher ed.

Eric J. Moore is the Director of Learning Technology at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and young adults with neurological and developmental needs. He is an experienced educator with 15 years of experience as a teacher, faculty member, and instructional designer.
