Antiracism Leadership Guide book photo

Overview

The Leadership Implementation Guide for the book Antiracism and Universal Design for Learning: Building Expressways to Success is designed to help school leaders put universally designed antiracist practices into effect across their organizations. The Guide can also support book-study groups, postsecondary leadership courses, and independent study.

In this guide we offer:

  • Some thoughts, questions, and reflections on implementation and how antiracism and UDL may be practiced in the context of multitiered systems of support (MTSS) and current implementation science.
  • A “Driver’s Ed” course in the “road conditions” you can expect along your journey, mapped to the Universal Design for Learning framework. This includes specific questions to consider and some helpful links to resources for implementation
