This one-hour panel discussion will bring together CTE educators and leaders from across the country, including:
Panelists will share practical, field-based perspectives on how UDL supports clear expectations, reduces unnecessary barriers, and helps educators proactively design safer CTE learning environments. The conversation will explore how instructional design, learner variability, and lab structures intersect to support safer participation for all students. CAST will guide the discussion using a shared slide deck, and discussion prompts provided to panelists in advance. The session will be grounded in real-world practice and focused on strategies educators and leaders can apply immediately in CTE classrooms and labs.
