Sam Bouchat

Administrative Coordinator

In her role as Administrative Coordinator, Sam Bouchat provides varied administrative support to CAST’s Research & Development Team, including its two Technical Assistance Centers: the National Center on Accessible Educational Materials (AEM Center) and the Center on Inclusive Technology & Education Systems (CITES).

Prior to joining CAST, Sam worked as an Executive Assistant at a global digital accessibility auditing company. She has worked with dozens of educational institutions, governmental departments and disability advocacy groups in improving their accessibility, including the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office, Disability Rights Texas, National Federation of the Blind and Maryland State Department of Education.

Outside of CAST, Sam enjoys playing video games and spending time with her cats, Sherlock and Jack.

B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oregon; Graduated with honors from the Robert D. Clark Honors College
