As the Workforce Operations & Project Coordinator, Monica Pascoa helps to manage contracts, operational processes, and special projects for the postsecondary and workforce development team. Prior to joining CAST, Monica served as the Senior Manager of Strategy & Development at Skills for Rhode Island’s Future, leading strategic and operational functions and raising funds to support the organization’s programs serving Rhode Island job seekers and employers. Additionally, she worked at CVS Health as a member of the Safer Communities team, working to combat prescription drug addiction through various community programs. Monica also previously lived and worked in Spain for several years as a Language and Cultural Assistant teaching English to primary school students.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

My Inspiration

When people say, ‘What should I do with my life?’ or ‘What is my life purpose?’ what they’re actually asking is: ‘What can I do with my time that is important?’
