The Corgi 2020 project focuses on supporting more teachers to bring this innovative suite of tools to their STEM classrooms. In collaboration with middle school teachers, we are co-designing resources—use case scenarios, sample lesson plans and activities, videos, and more—all with the goal of supporting the implementation of Corgi in the classroom.

CAST responds to a request by the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) for comments on its draft PARCC Accommodations Manual for the organization’s large-scale assessment. Through our learning events, CAST and the UDL-IRN connect participants from preK–12, higher education, workforce, and informal learning environments with experts who understand how to reach learners in the most effective way possible.

The Implementation Specialist plays a key role on CAST’s Professional Learning team and supports the application of UDL in the field of education specifically as it relates to assisting teams in re-designing their IEP process and improving services to students with disabilities using UDL.
