McKenzie Nichols

Community Relations & Event Manager

As the Community Relations & Event Manager, McKenzie Nichols oversees community outreach, supports membership engagement, and plans professional learning events. She has worked with the UDL-IRN since 2016 focusing on the development of professional learning opportunities and events, including the UDL-IRN International Summit and Great Lakes UDL Experience. McKenzie also supports UDL-IRN Special Interest Group activities, manages the CIDDL Community for the CIDDL project, and executes marketing projects. 

Prior to the UDL-IRN and CAST merger, McKenzie worked at the Center on Online Learning and Students with Disabilities, an OSEP-funded project partnership between the University of Kansas's Center for Research on Learning and CAST.
