    As a technical assistance specialist for the National Center on Accessible Educational Materials, Luis promotes the creation, delivery and use of high quality accessible educational materials and technologies to support equitable learning opportunities for all students.

  • CAST partners with education and training providers that are working to change this reality—agencies, schools and postsecondary institutions working with talented young people to help them build the skills and habits they need to access middle and high income careers. At the same time, CAST partners with employers and industry associations committed to building out the workforce of the future—one where skilled jobs are filled by people with a wide range of characteristics, backgrounds, and abilities, and where all employees have equal opportunities to rise.
