The Supercharge Your Professional Learning minicourse is a three-part webinar series designed for educators who are looking for effective ways to design and lead professional development initiatives.

Engage in interactive live sessions and problem-solving office hours with Nicole Tucker-Smith, co-author of the book Supercharge Your Professional Learning. With a compelling health-and-wellness analogy, this course will provide concepts and tips for designing professional learning that refuels rather than fatigues. Together, we'll explore ways of designing effective professional development and removing barriers to adult learning.

Participants in this minicourse will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of how the UDL Guidelines support adult learner variability and reduce barriers in professional learning.
  • Apply insights, concepts, strategies, templates, techniques, and materials to design and provide impactful professional learning experiences.

Who should enroll?

This minicourse is designed for educators who are interested in exploring ways of designing effective professional development. This can include instructional coaches, teacher leaders, UDL teams (general education teachers, special education teachers, curriculum coordinators, etc.), principals, and other administrators. Individuals and groups of educators of all levels are welcome. 


Fee: $200 per person

A 10% discount is offered to teams of three or more people from the same institution.

Paying with a Purchase Order

If you are paying for your ticket with an invoice, Purchase Orders must be submitted at the time or registration to submit your order successfully. All Purchase Orders should be uploaded to the Purchase Order Submission Form at the time or registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date will not be charged. Cancellations made within 30 days–7 days in advance of the event date will be charged $100. There will be no refund issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
