Paige Lorenz is the Support Specialist for CAST’s Learning Designed team. She assists by handling high-quality responsiveness to incoming requests, reviews trends from issues reported to make recommendations for improvements in the processes and Learning Designed user experience, and analyzes usage data from the platform and combines it with customer input to support recommendations for improvements and enhancements. Paige has a diverse skill set with a strong background in technology, business management, and customer service. Prior to joining CAST in 2021, Paige worked as a Data Support Specialist, Content Specialist, and an Ecommerce Support Specialist. Paige enjoys traveling to Caribbean islands and spending time with loved ones. She is also an expert hula hooper and yoga / mediation is her daily ritual.
