Allison Alunni

Allison Alunni joined CAST in 2018. She is responsible for performing Human Resource related duties on a professional level and working closely with management in supporting the organization.  Her position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment and employment law compliance.  Allison has worked in the Human Resources capacity for over 13 years and has an extensive background in benefits administration. She received a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
