UDL Class Profile Maker Tutorial

3. Group into a UDL class profile

The UDL class profile is designed to help you develop a "big picture" of the group as a whole. Combining significant traits of individual students into a profile of the whole class enables you to see at a glance the characteristicss of your particular group most germane for learning. This group profile helps you highlight potential barriers that your students might encounter in the materials, media and methods of your curriculum. Missed opportunities, such as a talents or interests not tapped by your curriculum, also become apparent when you scan the profile.
