Stephen Mattin joined CAST as a Software Developer in 2018. He has extensive experience in software engineering, having worked in leading software consulting groups, internet startups, financial services and education companies.

Cynthia joined CAST in 2019 as our Development Associate. She helps advance the mission of CAST through our fundraising efforts, specifically with individual giving.
The TIES Center mission is to create sustainable changes in school and district educational systems so that students with significant cognitive disabilities can fully engage in the same instructional and non-instructional activities as their general education peers while being instructed in a way that meets individual learning needs.
