CAST partners with education and training providers that are working to change this reality—agencies, schools and postsecondary institutions working with talented young people to help them build the skills and habits they need to access middle and high income careers. At the same time, CAST partners with employers and industry associations committed to building out the workforce of the future—one where skilled jobs are filled by people with a wide range of characteristics, backgrounds, and abilities, and where all employees have equal opportunities to rise.
Our research projects are typically funded by grants from federal organizations and private foundations. When developing proposals for these grants, we are always looking for schools and districts to partner with us.
