New Publication
A Practical Reader in Universal Design for Learning, edited by David H. Rose and Anne Meyer and published by Harvard Education Publishing Group, brings together a collection of articles on the practical, classroom dimensions of the UDL revolution in education. The authors offer insights on learner differences, the capacities of new media in the classroom, and effective teaching and assessment practices. The volume also includes lessons from teacher professional development workshops, classroom-based research, and UDL practitioners themselves.

Harvard Weeklong Seminar: Universal Design for Learning

Join CAST and the Harvard Graduate School of Education for Universal Design for Learning: Reaching All Learners, a weeklong seminar featuring David Rose, Tom Hehir, and Grace Meo. Also, joining the Institute faculty are Robert Dolan and Skip Stahl from CAST and Markay Winston, Director of Student Services, Cincinnati Public Schools.
