Since joining CAST in 2010, Scott Lapinski has played a key role on the National UDL Center, where he writes and edits reports, literature reviews, and other website content. Scott also supports the UDL Guidelines project, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data on how the Guidelines are used. He is helping to prepare version 2.0 of the Guidelines. Scott also contributes significantly to CAST’s publications, and is a contributor to three current book projects as well as scholarly articles. Prior to joining CAST, Scott worked as an elementary school teacher in Massachusetts. Scott received his bachelors degree in psychology from SUNY Stony Brook, and his masters in Elementary Education from Boston College.
