As a Research Associate at CAST, Rick works in support of development projects that have a focus on research. His activities include conducting literature reviews, implementing CAST products for research purposes, interfacing with research sites and participants, managing data from various sources, supporting data analysis efforts, and contributing to the writing of manuscripts, grants, and reports. Rick also manages CAST's Internship Program.

Prior to joining CAST, Rick has had a broad range of professional experience in industries including entertainment, health and fitness, culinary, business procurement, and education. He holds a B.A. in philosophy from Amherst College and an Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
