Garron Hillaire participates in the formative development and research of technology-based universally designed for learning environments. He brings with him experience integrating technology into a variety of industries.

Before joining CAST, Garron worked for LexisNexis Applied Discovery, where he helped to create a Software as a Service production line capable of handling high volume data processing of electronic files, such as emails, for a litigation discovery services used by many of the top American law firms. Prior to that he worked at Loudeye, Inc., contributing to the creation of a business-to-business digital media service that provided distribution and promotion of sales for the media and entertainment industry.

To expand learning opportunities for all individuals, especially those with disabilities, through the research and development of innovative, technology-based educational resources and strategies.
