Mr. Dunne brings an extensive background in telecommunications hardware, software, system design, integration, and implementation to CAST. Mr. Dunne has designed a variety of access solutions for CAST. Examples of these solutions include a universal adjustable chin switch, switch adaptations for pointing devices, access features for multimedia software, and speech synthesis integration.

He has also consulted with national publishers in the development of access components for software products. Mr. Dunne is responsible for CAST's telecommunications systems and oversees programmers working on developing accessible software products.

Mr. Dunne received a bachelor's degree in 1985 from Tufts University. He received a master's in 1988 from Harvard University.
