Agatha Oehlkers

Research Associate

Agatha applies design thinking and user experience research strategies to develop CAST’s products. She enjoys collaborating with schools, teachers, and students in order to unleash the potential of all learners.

Her background is in intercultural relations, with a focus on enhancing inclusion & belonging, and promoting understanding across cultures/identity groups. Prior to joining CAST, Agatha worked in higher education administration as a Human Resources professional. Before that, Agatha was a foreign language instructor and taught French and English in various educational settings (her favorite was a bilingual pre-K classroom).

Outside of CAST, Agatha is a proud supporter of the arts. She performs at various venues in the Boston area, including The Footlight Club (America’s oldest continuously-running community theatre).
